| World famous record producer Tony Bongiovi got his start in the early 70's engineering recordings for Jimi Hendrix. He later founded New York's most popular recording studio, The Power Station where he produced such groups as The Ramones, The Talking Heads, Aerosmith, Meatloaf, his cousin Jon ( Bon-Jovi) and many others.
Today Tony has his own management company, Bongiovi Entertainment, Inc. He also heads Bongiovi Accoustics, designing innovative, advanced entertainment systems for luxury aircraft, yachts and consumer automobiles.
Tony's big love is for the birds and other wildlife. He
helped Melinda establish Earthfriends, Inc. after having worked for UNEP (United Nations Environmental Program) and later Earthtrust (formerly Greenpeace) to help save dolphins from death in tuna nets in the North Atlantic Ocean.
Tony and Melinda are now involved in their latest project, Pelicanpals.org, which they have set up to feed hungry seabirds whose food supply has been destroyed by Red Tide.
